About the Event

Last Adopt-A-Highway clean up opportunity in 2023 !

We are gathering to clean up our stretch of our Scenic Byway between Hortencias/Cliffhanger and Rimforest.   

Can't make it? Then consider a SOFA membership.

By becoming a member of SOFA, you'll be joining a team of people who are passionate about preserving the environment. 

Details of the Event:

When:

  • Begins at 9 am and finishes by 12pm.   
  • Caltrans will provide the safety equipment, bags and pickers.  
  • SOFA will provide coffee, water and snacks.

Where:

  • Meet at Red Rock Wall, large turnout 
  • about 1 mi east of the Hwy 18/Lake Gregory stoplight. 
  • Look for the truck/car with SOFA (Save Our Forest) banner.
